3D Animated Short Film
Role: Producer (August 2022 - November 2023)
Based on the success of the management systems and structures I implemented in past projects, I decided to continue using similar systems and structures to manage "For Such A Time."
First, I created a Google account for the film to keep all film-related materials, activity, and communication completed and stored in one location. For example, all crew applications are sent to the film's Google email for both the director and me to review.

Production Sheet
Then, I created a Production Sheet for the film that includes a system for progress tracking and important dates and information, such as the production schedule, a list of deliverables, the shot list, the file naming convention, the crew contact sheet, and a growing list of credits.

Google Calendar
For the convenience of the crew members and mass communication, I schedule and update details of any meetings and deadlines listed on the production schedule on the film's Google Calendar.

Production Guide
To help crew members navigate the production sheet, I created a guide explaining its organization and systems.
This guide also includes tips/advice, base guidelines, and important information for the production that the film's crew should be aware of.
Linktree
The production guide is emailed to artists when accepted onto the film's crew. Crew members can refer back to it through the film's Linktree posted in the Discord server.

Discord Server
The director chose Discord as the film's main communication platform influenced by my recommendation. Discord allows artists to post work in progress and keep communication compartmentalized. I organized the film's Discord server based on the pipeline of a 3D animated production. As a result, communication will trickle down the server as each stage of production is completed.

Dropbox
Lastly, I was tasked with creating a file structure to set up the film's Dropbox. Once again, I organized the file structure base on the 3D animation pipeline. And included any folders such as "Deliverables" and "Publicitiy" that were needed for productions I've been on in the past. Click through the gallery to see how the Dropbox was organized.
